V3C, LLC (hereafter referred to as “Company”) does not collect personally identifiable information about individuals except when such information is provided voluntarily. Google Calendar Integration


Users connecting their Google accounts allow V3C, LLC to access their Google Calendar solely for syncing event data between the community platform and their calendar. The Company does not modify or store unrelated Google Calendar data. Upon disconnection from the community platform, all Google integrations are discarded. No Google Calendar data is shared with third parties.


Data Retention and Deletion


The Company retains personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, unless longer retention is legally required. Users may request updates, corrections, or deletion of their personal information. While the Company will endeavor to delete user data from its active systems, residual information may remain due to backups and logs.

This policy is effective as of November 25, 2024. The Company reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Notification of changes will be provided through updates to this Privacy Policy. Continued use of the Company’s sites after changes signifies acceptance of the revised terms.
